Guten tag! This is Daniel, or mainly known here on the Web as Slaughts. Even though some on the Katbox know who I am, I’ll go ahead and tell anyway, heh. I’m currently a college student at Western Kentucky University, majoring in History and Social Studies (although I may change that to Pop Culture Studies). My main hobbies are playing video games, reading, writing, and flag collecting. Why I was involved with this project was because in my specific field in history is military history and more specifically, into World War II.

For some odd reason and even I can’t answer why, I have a certain fascination with the German military during this conflict, although that’s not to mean I don’t look at other militaries as well. I’ve read Nekonny’s Caribbean Blue comic for the past year or so now and when he approached me with the idea of using his characters in a WW2 setting, I couldn’t resist. I was assigned to write the story while Nekonny pushed the general idea and of course does the art. He also serves as the general editor of the writing I give him, which I thank him for. I also thank him for the opportunity to be involved in a project of this sort.
